Registration

Registration to the conference through the online registration system opens on March 28 and will be possible until April 25, 2022 (noon, French hour CET). All attendees must register for the conference.

Conference open to in-person and online participants.

FEES

One single fee for all participants: 425€

The registration fee includes:
- admission to all scientific sessions
- conference material (badge, program, etc.)
- coffee breaks and lunches
- social events and dinner

Accompanying person at the Gala Dinner on June 9: 60€

PAYMENT

1^st step: payment of a 42€ to APET
2^nd step: payment of 383€ to AMSE for in-person conference attendance or 30€ for online conference attendance

The links to the online payments will be sent individually after acceptance of your application. Upon successful of both payments, you will receive a confirmation of payment and registration.

CANCELLATIONS

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

- cancellation until May 1, 2022: refund of the 383€ fee
- cancellation after May 1, 2022: no refund
- cancellation due to COVID-19 positive test until June 6 (a proof will be requested): refund of the 383€ fee
- cancellation due to French or local government measures related to the COVID-19 until June 6: refund of the 383€ fee
